DAY 1

WEEK / 2

1. Exercise "The Posterolateral Surface of the Neck"

The purpose of this exercise is to eliminate chronic muscle spasms, relieve long-standing tension and soreness, restore the mobility of the cervical spine, return the anatomically correct position to the cervical vertebrae, and increase the mobility of the shoulder-shoulder joint. Eliminating the spasm of the trapezius muscle will help improve the contours of the upper arm area and acquire a beautiful and aesthetic shoulder angle. Working out the shoulder joints and their bony protrusions will ensure their greater mobility and elasticity, increasing their movement amplitude.

Duration of the exercise: until there is a slight pinkness of the skin or a feeling of warmth. Choose the treatment time individually; as you adapt, the duration of the procedure can be increased from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

2. Exercise “The Back of the Neck”

The posterior surface of the neck is formed of a whole complex of the suboccipital muscles, which are in a state of chronic spasms and tension. This massage is aimed at improving blood flow in the back of the neck, reducing muscle hypertonicity, eliminating "textual" deformation, reducing the severity of "withers" (the seventh vertebra). The restoration of muscle tone will improve blood flow in the face, restore a healthy and radiant appearance of the skin, normalize venous outflow and lymphatic drainage from the aponeurosis area and thereby eliminate swelling of the under-eye area, forehead and temples. Reducing muscle hypertonicity will reduce the frequency and severity of headaches and neck pain.

Duration of the exercise: until there is  a slight pinkness of the skin or a feeling of warmth. Choose the treatment time individually; as you adapt, the duration of the procedure can be increased from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

3. Head Massage

This exercise aims to eliminate the spasm of the galea aponeurotica of the head, restore its elasticity and mobility, and reduce the tone of both parts of the occipital-frontal muscle, which will contribute to the adequate outflow of lymph and venous blood from the face and head. The exercise will eliminate swelling on the face (especially in the forehead and eye sockets), reduce the severity of headaches, create conditions for calm and relaxation and help you achieve emotional comfort and harmony. Eliminating the spasm of the occipital muscles normalizes the static of the neck and improves the “texting” neck; it will reduce the severity of muscle spasms that interfere with normal blood flow due to compression of large vessels of the neck. Also, this method will provide an analgesic effect and relieve chronic pain syndrome in the head and neck.

Duration of the exercise: until there is a slight pinkness of the skin or a feeling of warmth. Choose the treatment time individually; as you adapt, the duration of the procedure can be increased from 10 seconds to 2 minutes.

4. Exercise "Lifting of the Nose Bridge"

This exercise reduces the spasm of emotionally valence muscles — the muscles wrinkling the eyebrows and the muscles of the proud (procerus muscle), contraction of which during the experience of negative emotions gives the face a frowning and ever dissatisfied look. And this spasm, being very persistent, does not disappear even after the termination of the negative stimulus. The exercise allows you to lift your eyebrows to the anatomically correct, higher position, eliminates the horizontal folds on the nose bridge, and removes the overhanging of the eyebrows over the eyes. Having eliminated the muscle spasm in the bridge of the nose, you will be surprised at your transformation: the upper part of the face will loosen, the look will become more open, and instead of sullenness and grimaces of discontent, relaxed tissues will give you a feeling of joy, harmony and desire to communicate with the whole world.

Duration of the exercise: until there is a slight pinkness of the skin or a feeling of warmth. Choose the treatment time individually; as you adapt, the duration of the procedure can be increased from 10 seconds to 1 minute.
