1. Exercise "The Posterolateral Surface of the Neck"
The purpose of this exercise is to eliminate chronic muscle spasms, relieve long-standing tension and soreness, restore the mobility of the cervical spine, return the anatomically correct position to the cervical vertebrae, and increase the mobility of the shoulder-shoulder joint.
