1. Exercise "Lateral Surface of the Neck"
This exercise aims to eliminate the long-standing muscle spasm and hypertonicity of the neck muscles. Due to increased blood flow, the trophism of muscle tissue improves, the anatomical proportions of the neck are restored, and it lengthens and takes the correct shape and curve. The elasticity of soft tissues increases, the skin acquires a youthful and healthy appearance, and strains and wrinkles disappear. Neck lengthening will restore the anatomically correct position of the cervical vertebrae, create conditions for restoring the structure of the intervertebral discs, normalize blood flow through the vertebral artery system and improve cerebral blood flow.
