1. Exercise "The Posterolateral Surface of the Neck" 

 

The purpose of this exercise is to eliminate chronic muscle spasms, relieve long-standing tension and soreness, restore the mobility of the cervical spine, return the anatomically correct position to the cervical vertebrae, and increase the mobility of the shoulder-shoulder joint. Eliminating the spasm of the trapezius muscle will help improve the contours of the upper arm area and acquire a beautiful and aesthetic shoulder angle. Working out the shoulder joints and their bony protrusions will ensure their greater mobility and elasticity, increasing their movement amplitude.

2. Head Massage 

 

This exercise aims to eliminate the spasm of the galea aponeurotica of the head, restore its elasticity and mobility, and reduce the tone of both parts of the occipital-frontal muscle, which will contribute to the adequate outflow of lymph and venous blood from the face and head. The exercise will eliminate swelling on the face (especially in the forehead and eye sockets), reduce the severity of headaches, create conditions for calm and relaxation and help you achieve emotional comfort and harmony. Eliminating the spasm of the occipital muscles normalizes the static of the neck and improves the “texting” neck; it will reduce the severity of muscle spasms that interfere with normal blood flow due to compression of large vessels of the neck. Also, this method will provide an analgesic effect and relieve chronic pain syndrome in the head and neck.

3. Exercise "Loosening the Face" 

 

This exercise allows you to emphasize the relief of the cheekbones and sculpt and define the face contours. The chiseled zygomatic line will add aristocracy and sophistication to your appearance. Preparation work with the masticatory muscles is aimed at reducing their spasm, leveling the lateral surface of the face and forming smoother outlines. This method also helps to increase the outflow of lymph, restore the exchange of intercellular fluid, and reduce the capacity of "lymph pockets", which decreases puffiness. In addition, due to the workout of the area of the outer corner of the eye, you will achieve the effect of an "open" gaze, giving the face a more fresh and attractive expression.

4. Exercise "Contouring of the Face" 

 

Chewing muscles become the focus points of spasms and painful sensations in response to negative emotions. Due to the gentle massage effect, this method relaxes the masticatory muscles, increases blood flow, improves trophism and restores the structure of the muscle fiber. Normalization of muscle tone will contribute to the formation of a smooth relief of the cheek tissue, alignment of its contour, and elongation of the lateral surface of the face. By involving the facial feedback mechanism, this exercise allows you to achieve persistent emotional relaxation, work out and let go of negative emotions. After performing this exercise, you will feel calm and relaxed and plunge into silence and harmony. This is how physiological mechanisms work: once there is no muscular overstrain — there is no emotional discomfort too.

5. Exercise "Nose Correction" 

 

This exercise is aimed at correcting the shape of the nose, giving it sharp and aesthetic lines. It provides alignment of the nasolacrimal groove and reduces the severity of the rim at the nose wing. Due to increased blood flow, local immunity is stimulated, nasal sinuses are cleared, and breathing is normalized. The activity of the sebaceous glands is restored, the pores are cleaned, and the number and severity of blackheads decrease. This technique is a mild home exfoliation, a natural alternative to aggressive peelings and chemical masks. Restoring the tone of the muscle that raises the nose wing and upper lip will allow you to get rid of the bad habit of squeamishly wrinkling your nose and form a higher position of the lip corners, which will be a prerequisite for the elimination of marionette lines.

6. Exercise "Lips and Nasolabial Area" 

 

This exercise is aimed at reducing the hypertonicity of the circular muscle of the mouth, eliminating the spasm in a whole group of depressor muscles that react with their hyperactivity to chronic emotional experiences. By relaxing this area, we get rid of chronic facial patterns – the habit of pursing our lips in disgust or joylessly lowering the corners of our mouth, which allows us to get rid of marionette lines. Activation of blood flow in this area helps to revive the structure of lip tissues, restores their natural volume, sensibility and attractiveness, improves epithelial trophism, and eliminates dryness of the lips and the appearance of cracks and peeling.

7. Exercise "Mouth Depressors" 

 

This exercise aims to eliminate the spasms of the chin muscle and depressor muscles – the muscles that lower the lower lip and the mouth corners. Reviving the tone of these muscles allows you to return the mouth corner to a higher position. In addition, working out and eliminating the spasm of depressor muscles will break the "vicious circle" – a negative emotion forms marionette lines, and vice versa, lowered corners of the mouth lead to a feeling of sadness. The exercise eliminates this mimic defect, returns the beauty of the selected area and the natural appearance of the lips, and normalises excitation and inhibition processes in the higher parts of the brain.

8. Massage of the Submandibular Area 

 

A change in the tone of the muscles of the submandibular area causes the formation of "lymph pockets" and "traps" for fluid, which manifest themselves in the form of a double chin and pour contour of the jaw line. This exercise is aimed at restoring the muscle tone of the submandibular area, normalization of lymph outflow, drainage of "lymph pockets", and elimination of muscle spasms squeezing blood and lymph vessels. The exercise allows you to restore a sharp submandibular line, a clear oval of the face and its chiseled contour.

 

Attention! Salivary glands (submandibular and sublingual) are located in this area, so increased blood flow in this area can cause activation of old foci of infection. In this case, it is necessary to stop the massage until full recovery; if necessary, consult a doctor.

9. Exercise "Lateral Surface of the Neck" 

 

 

This exercise aims to eliminate the long-standing muscle spasm and hypertonicity of the neck muscles. Due to increased blood flow, the trophism of muscle tissue improves, the anatomical proportions of the neck are restored, and it lengthens and takes the correct shape and curve. The elasticity of soft tissues increases, the skin acquires a youthful and healthy appearance, and strains and wrinkles disappear. Neck lengthening will restore the anatomically correct position of the cervical vertebrae, create conditions for restoring the structure of the intervertebral discs, normalize blood flow through the vertebral artery system and improve cerebral blood flow. Restoration of the neck structure will help avoid compression of spinal nerve roots and reduce the severity of pain syndrome.
